License

Scanly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your content

You are solely responsible for the documents you scan and store with the App, and for ensuring you have the right to scan and use them. Your scans and PDFs are stored locally on your device; you control them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the App to scan, store, or distribute material you are not legally permitted to, or for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Scanned output and PDF rendering may not be perfect for every document; verify important results.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Keep your own backups of important documents.
